Kindly Tips:
1. How to loop recording?
Dear buyer, before recording videos,please set off the G sensor and Parking monitor functions, when recording videos, please dont press the "mode" button. then, if the SD is full, the DVR can delete the videos by itself.
2. Why cant read the memory card?
Dear buyer, when you use the dvr for the first time. please charge it for 1 hour. then, insert the memory card, and then take it off. try more times.at last, format the memory card through the DVR.
3. Why cant show the rear view? Why the rear camera cant work ?
Dear buyer, when you install the dvr and rear camera, please read the description carefully. make sure the connecting method is correct. then check the cable or AV-in port, if they connected closely. then start up the dvr, reset it. press the "DOWN" button to change the screen window style. check the rear view. it will work well.
4. Why the Battery is so small ?
Dear buyer, most of the DVR batteries are very small. only used for saving the important files when crashing.because when the DVR works for a long time, it will become hot. the big battery will be very dangerous at this time. so cause of the safety, the battery is samll. when you record videos, please connect with the car charger.
5. the memory card included?
Dear buyer, the memory card is not included. the dvr can support max 32G TF card. we can provide the professional DVR memory cards: Class10 16G and Class10 32G. you can pay for extra cost to pick it up.
6. Scratch on the surface when receive?
Every DVR has a protective film on the surface to protect the screen, please ignore the scratch on it. If you think it is too ugly, please remove it. The DVR is brand new, not an old one.NOTE:
1. Night vision function: The IR LEDs is only for light compansation at night, use it with car headlight will be better.
2. The battery is for data saving when emergency, it can not support for long time recording without connecting to the power.
3. TF card is not included in the package, please prepare it yourself.
4. Due to the several shipping processes, the scratch on the screen film is inevitable, please remove the protector film after receive.
